Privacy

We collect only the personal information needed to verify your membership or fulfil your document request. Sensitive fields (name, date of birth, address, contact details) are encrypted with a public key whose private counterpart is held offline by our administrator.

We never sell or share your information. You may write to info@sindhuus.com at any time to request deletion of your data, subject to records the IRS requires us to retain as a 501(c)(3) organisation.

Payments

Membership dues and document fees are collected via Zelle. After you complete the form and upload a screenshot of your payment, our team verifies the transaction manually before activating your membership or fulfilling your request. No card data is ever transmitted through this site.
